Our Facts & Figures section gives you lots of ways of putting Ethiopia into a world context. Wherever possible, we make comparisons with our own native Great Britain and the United States in order to clarify matters. The Geography section deals with land area, resources, land use and the environment.
Under the heading of People we include population figures, birth and death rates, ethnicity, religions and literacy. We include also some basic facts about the Government and Economy of Ethiopia, its main imports and exports as well as its budget and currency. Finally you will find basic information about the Transport infrastructure of the country.
